DETAIL
This project conserves the iconic brick Gregory Terrace façade of the Ekka. The new building behind cleverly provides office accommodation and exhibition space while still invoking the memories of the old show bag pavilion. The technical solution to the conservation of the brick façade is bold and creative. The design made use of an imported Sadev Corole Glass Canopy, along with the restoration of the existing heritage framing.
