As an HSEQ Cadet (Health, Safety, Environment and Quality), you will be part of our dedicated team, contributing to the maintenance and improvement of our organisation’s HSEQ standards. The main duties of this role are:
- Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality, environmental,
health, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with HSEQ team members to identify potential risks and hazards in various processes and
develop strategies for mitigation.
- Support developing and implementing HSEQ policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures to avoid
future occurrences.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and programs related to quality, environment, health, and
safety.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HSEQ, and prepare reports
for management review.
- Engage in cross-functional collaborations to promote a culture of HSEQ awareness and continuous
improvement.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure our company
remains compliant and up-to-date.
